Ernie "eyeball" came home on March 18th, 2006 (the Jets were already there waiting for him).  Ernie is a Celestial goldfish, one of the freaky looking breeds, but cute.   He never stops swimming and eating.... even in the middle of the night... Look at the belly on him!!  

Due to the excessive ammonia (ie poop), we got a moss ball to help clean the tank.   Surprisingly, a little dude was hiding in the ball, and came out to help clean the tank..  Sammy the snail has his work cut out for him.  

The Jetts are 6 little minnow friends for Ernie and Sammy.   Unfortunately, the little dudes hide (get sucked up) in the filter so daily we have to do head counts and save the little guys who are missing in action.

 

 

 

 

 

Happy New Year!!  haha.  I bit late.   Lots of news.   First, I am sorry to announce Bennie has passed away.  With deep sadness, we have refocused our attention on some new additions to the family.    Let's welcome Ernie and the Jetts in memory of Bennie.   

In other news, we bought a new car.   Whoohoo.   The second day it was home I was taking it apart and upgrading the stereo.   I took a few pictures of the progress to freak out Shanna hiding in the house.   Doors and seats being removed didn't go well with her.....

Spencer is a 1 year old Border Collie / Australian Shepard mix, born in October of 2004.   We adopted him through BARK.   Spenser is an incredibly active playful, and quite flexible.   I have never seen a dog that loves hugs all the time and will sit on your head even though he is a 50 pound dog!   However, Spenser is afraid of people.   Sounds strange, but he is.   Give him lots of treats and spend sometime with him, and you will have a friend for life.   It took about a week, but now Kelsey and Spenser are playing quite a bit, they will play bite each other and roll around, there will be a video of this once I capture it.   Speaking of play biting, we gave him a nickname, alligator, you can hear his teeth when he is in his playful biting mood with his huge overbite.   Spenser is a welcome addition to the house.

I setup a blog today, feel free to post.   I am still tweakin it, but it is full functioning.   Have fun.   Also setup another webcam.   We have a new addition to the family.   His name is Spencer, a 1 year old border collie/austrailian shepard, and full of beans.   Stay tuned for his pics.   She-Devil has a drum set now, my very own Pearl Girl, and I have been learning and buying electric guitar shit.  Everything is fully mic'ed hooked into a firepod for live recording.   We have effect processors hardware and software.  We'll have our setup online soon.

 

 

Holly is a 7 year old Netherland Dwarf rabbit or possibly a rex, hehe, not really sure.  Maybe half breed :)  Although, looks cute, she is very territorial of her space, you piss her off and she will charge and growl.  She comes out of her house to greet me when I come home and stands on her back feet.  She likes to play with here stone carrot and loves being held with her ears and head being rubbed.   She will sit on you for hours.   She will even lay on her back in your arms like a baby, but watch out, if she feels uncomfortable, she will let you know.  hehehe

 

 

 

 

 

 

Groker and Holly finally got their web pages up.   Now I can start focusing on other areas of the site I have been wanting to do like movie reviews, new music, etc.  I have over 200 visitors now, whohoo, hehe, I think about 50 of them are me doing testing but whatever.   Once things are more finalized, I will be allowing Google to index me, so that should start generating some hits and then the search engine at the bottom will work for searching this site.  

Bennie Betta - The Bathroom Fish

On March 11th, 2005, a very friendly stork brought Bennie Betta - The Bathroom Fish into the animal farm.   He loves relaxing in the plant, unfortunately he's breaking it.  He acts tough for his little size, don't say I never warned you!    He doesn't like cloths or people sitting beside the aquarium, he likes his personal space.   And he's not very happy getting his picture taken which I just found out!  He'll get over it.   Give him some fish flakes and all his worries go away.

Henry Marino

 

A welcome new addition to the animal farm, Henry Marino is a 6 month old marino guinea pig, born September 19, 2004.   This super chill dude, still adjusting to his environment, he likes to relax under his towel and run around on the couch or just get his ears, neck, chest and head scratched. But don't play with his wavy bum hair as soft and fun as it is to make him jump, he's a little sensitive in that area : )
